I wish we had read the Yelp reviews as might have found her earlier. I concur with all of the prior comments.

We knew the specific neighborhood and type of house we were looking for. Kaelin quickly understood our target and sent us a series of very relevant properties to see either before or right when they went on the market (as in within the hour). In a competitive market, we were always positioned well in terms of our offers. She appears to have a strong relationship with peers across the industry.

As we went through the buying process, she managed all of the necessary steps through inspection to close wonderfully. Kaelin is also a master at project management bringing a number of construction and inspection experts to the table quickly. Again, she has strong relationships leading to quick response times from 3rd parties.
