This was a listing that we worked hard for - we were up against multiple agents that all gave different recommendations and price recommendations. We came in with a vision - if they trusted us a little bit, we believed we could get them HUNDREDS of thousands more than the other recommendations.
What would it take - reimagining the main space - the kitchen. These clients put a whole lot of trust in us by trusting the fact that opening up the kitchen to take in the natural light, the view, and creating an open concept to the living room would completely transform the home. Well, it did! The perfect buyers who already loved the neighborhood did one showing and made an offer right away.
These buyers had a special loan that would require some pest work prior to the close, and would need to navigate that during the escrow. We were able to negotiate a win-win deal for everyone. It was a smooth transaction all the way to the close.
Here we are now, sellers are thrilled, buyers are in the house of their dreams, and we have a story we can share with our next clients where our value is actually quantifiable. Other agents' recommendations were a max value of $1,150,000 but with our advice and guidance sold for $1,350,000.
