Things are looking up! Here's a quick update illustrating the dramatic drop off of showings in CA once the SIP was ordered, and more recently, a sharp rise of showings over the past two weeks. This coincides with what we have been seeing here locally, more homes going into contract and new listings being added to the ->incredibly low<- inventory.
